]Department: Engineering / Construction Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager Job Summary :The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities :Supervise and monitor site operations.
• Ensure project specifications and drawings are followed correctly.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Prepare site reports, logs, and other documentation.
• Assist in project planning and execution.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties.
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Skills:Problem-solving ability.

• Understanding of environmental and sustainability practices.
