Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 chefs to join our kitchen team. Candidates should have a strong interest in food preparation, good knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.

* Work in the assigned section and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

* Handle mise en place, food preparation, portioning, and plating.

* Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

* Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

* Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen team members during service.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.

* Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

* Follow instructions from the Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Executive Chef.

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or commercial kitchen is preferred.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Good discipline, punctuality, and communication skills.
