Job Description

Manage end-to-end collections for assigned loan portfolios (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Consumer Loan, etc.).

Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies to minimize delinquency.

Monitor collection performance and ensure monthly recovery targets are achieved.

Lead, mentor, and manage field executives, tele-calling teams, and collection partners.

Coordinate with collection agencies and vendors to improve recovery efficiency.

Analyze delinquency trends and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate repayment plans.

Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and ethical collection practices.

Track bucket-wise collections (0 DPD, 30+, 60+, 90+, Write-off).

Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Credit, and Legal teams for recovery and litigation cases.

Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for collection teams.

Optimize collection costs while maximizing recoveries.
