About the Role

Refinas India is looking for a passionate and friendly Kickboxing Coach to join our team in Gurgaon.

You will be responsible for coaching members, especially beginners, and creating a fun, safe and motivating training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct kickboxing and fitness training sessions for members
• Teach basic boxing and kickboxing techniques clearly and safely
• Work with beginners and members of different fitness levels
• Motivate and support members during their training
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the gym
• Assist with daily gym operations when required
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment

Requirements

• Previous coaching or training experience is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic English communication skills
• Friendly, energetic and positive personality
• Passion for fitness and martial arts
• Willingness to learn and develop as a coach
