 Urgent Hiring – Service Advisor (Electric Vehicle)Job Role: Service Advisor (EV Workshop)

Job Locations:

  • Mohan Estate, New Delhi
  • Gurugram
  • Ghazipur

Experience: 3–6 Years (Automobile/EV Service Preferred)

Salary: As per Company Norms

  • Key Responsibilities:Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
  • Prepare job cards and coordinate with workshop technicians.
  • Update customers on vehicle repair status.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain service records and documentation.
  • Eligibility:Diploma/Graduate in Automobile or a related field.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of EV or automobile service operations.
