Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and ensure proper surveillance of the premises.
  • Monitor store/outlet activities and identify any suspicious or unusual activity.
  • Report incidents, theft, safety issues, or other irregularities to the Manager/Security Supervisor.
  • Maintain CCTV monitoring records and incident reports.
  • Check that all CCTV cameras are functioning properly and report technical issues.
  • Review and retrieve CCTV footage whenever required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and company information.
  • Coordinate with store staff, security personnel, and management when required.
