CCTV Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Project Engineer with good technical knowledge and experience in CCTV installation, commissioning, project execution and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end CCTV project execution.
• Supervise CCTV installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Handle engineers, technicians and site manpower.
• Allocate work and monitor team performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS and PoE switches.
• Ensure proper cable laying, termination, testing and documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare installation, testing and project completion reports.
• Coordinate with SCM/Procurement for material requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure quality, safety and company standards at project sites.
• Handle multiple project sites and manpower deployment.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of IP and Analog CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of NVR/DVR, VMS, PoE switches and CCTV networking.
• Basic knowledge of IP addressing, LAN/WAN and networking.
• Knowledge of CCTV installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to read CCTV drawings, layouts and BOQs.
• Basic knowledge of structured cabling.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and project documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CCTV/security surveillance projects.
• Experience in Government, Defence, Smart City, Safe City or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
