JOB DESCRIPTION :

Business Development Executive (BDE)Job OverviewShri Arvind Foundation is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle provided leads, build client relationships, and convert business opportunities into successful outcomes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Understand the requirements of prospective clients and explain the Foundation’s courses, training programs, and services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.
• Handle client queries and provide appropriate information regarding courses and services.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update the lead database and sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and overall business performance.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: BBA / MBA or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–2 years in Business Development, Sales, Counselling, or a related field.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Performance-based Incentives in addition to salary
• Full-Time, Permanent Position
• Work DetailsWork Location: Dwarka Sector 14, New Delhi
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
