Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Understand students’ educational and career requirements.
- Explain relevant courses, programs, and learning solutions.
- Guide prospective learners throughout the enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Earn attractive performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed compensation.
- Opportunity to earn higher incentives based on individual sales performance and achievements.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Address basic queries and provide appropriate information to students.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective learners.
- Stay updated about the company’s courses, programs, and offerings
