Job Description

Call customers who have overdue or unpaid loan payments.

Remind customers about pending dues and encourage them to make payments.

Explain payment options and help customers resolve payment issues.

Follow up with customers regularly until the payment is received.

Maintain records of all customer conversations and payment updates. Meet daily and monthly recovery targets.

Handle customes politely and professionally white following company policies.
