Job Description
We are looking for energetic, presentable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our showroom team in Dehradun.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers explore our lifestyle, home decor, gifting, and specialty food products. With a well-structured shift system, you get a balanced work routine while working in a supportive team environment. If you have a passion for retail and great communication skills, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product range.
Sales & Billing: Drive store sales, handle billing counters smoothly, and manage daily cash/digital transactions.
Store Operations: Maintain product displays, ensure shelves and counters are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, unpacking new arrivals, and keeping track of inventory levels.
Brand Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide a delightful shopping experience to every visitor.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (Freshers are welcome).
Education: Minimum 10th Pass or 10th Fail (Schooling completed/attempted; basic reading, writing, and math skills required for billing).
Language: Good command of Hindi and basic English (local language proficiency is a must).
Personality: Polite, enthusiastic, well-groomed, and target-driven.
Commitment: Looking for candidates seeking long-term employment (Minimum 1-year commitment).
Shift Timings & Roster:
Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1 Staff)
Evening Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (2 Staff)
Leaves: 2 offs in a month
