Position: Office Assistant (Computer Knowledge Required)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily office administrative work and documentation.

- Perform computer data entry and maintain records.

- Prepare quotations, invoices, bills and other office documents.

- Maintain Excel sheets, Word documents and digital files.

- Handle emails, printing, scanning and photocopying.

- Maintain customer and supplier records.

- Assist with phone calls and coordinate with office staff.

- Maintain files, registers and general office records.

- Support day-to-day office operations as required.

Required Skills

- Basic to good computer knowledge.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

- Basic typing and data entry skills.

- Knowledge of email and internet usage.

- Good communication and organisational skills.

- Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to learn.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred.

- Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage.

- Male and female candidates may apply.

Location: Kuanwala, Dehradun

Salary: Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
