Loan Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven All loan (Credit card , Personal Loan, Business loan, Home Loan Sales,) POS MACHIN(QR, SOUND BOX, CARD SWIPE MACHINE)

Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in selling home loans or related financial products. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing home loan deals to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential customers for loans through various channels (cold calls, references, field visits, etc.)
• Explain loan products and processes clearly to prospective customers.
• Collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval, disbursement, and customer queries.
• Maintain strong follow-up and client servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in personal loan, Home Loan sales or any financial product mortgage, credit cards, Loans.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Graduation (any stream) preferred: candidates with relevant certifications are a plus Candidate Requirements:
