HR Executive / HR Manager – Job Opening

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and be capable of handling day-to-day HR operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment and hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
* Coordinate interviews with candidates and management.
* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents.
* Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.
* Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
* Assist with payroll, salary records and monthly attendance.
* Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
* Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing and employee requirements.
* Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
* Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
* Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to handle confidential employee information.
* Candidates with real-estate or corporate HR experience will be preferred.
