Job Summary

M/s Lavanya Meditech is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare products across Dehradun and adjoining areas.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in B2C sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Candidates with experience in medical equipment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients.
• Promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare products.
• Generate new leads through field visits and customer interactions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, and product delivery.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Candidates with medical equipment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or B2C sales experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales across Dehradun and nearby areas.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
