Job Description

Social media management

  • Plan and run a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
  • Create or brief posts, Reels, stories and ad creatives that follow each brand's design guidelines.
  • Schedule and publish posts daily using scheduling tools.
  • Reply to comments and messages, and route leads to the sales team quickly.
  • Track trends and competitors, and suggest new content ideas.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager for leads, traffic, messages and conversions.
  • Build audiences: interest-based, custom, lookalike and retargeting.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and placements.
  • Install and check Meta Pixel and Conversions API events.
  • Manage daily budgets and pause or scale ads based on results.

Google Ads

  • Run Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns.
  • Do keyword research, write ad copy and manage negative keywords.
  • Set up conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Optimise bids, quality score and landing pages to lower cost per lead.
