Job Description

bucketlistt.com is an online marketplace for curated experiences across India - from rafting in Rishikesh to skydiving in Delhi.



Role: Handle daily inbound and outbound customer calls and chats with minimal reply time. Convert leads into bookings through negotiation and consultative selling. Read customer behaviour and tailor responses. Manage and follow up on leads across the pipeline. Support the wider team to drive company growth.



Requirements: Graduate. Fluency in Hindi and English (regional language like Gujarati or Marathi is a plus). Freshers welcome - any travel work experience is an added advantage. Working knowledge of Excel. Experience with CRM tools and telecaller/dialer systems preferred. Strong negotiator with a customer-first mindset. Happy to travel as per company needs.
