Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Manufacturing & PCD Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads for pharmaceutical third-party manufacturing and PCD franchise sales.
- Contact pharmaceutical companies, marketers, distributors, and prospective franchise partners.
- Share product lists, quotations, company profiles, and business proposals.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Develop new markets and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead sheets, and customer databases.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or PCD sales will be preferred.
