Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our daily financial transactions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in modern accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update daily financial transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank ledger reconciliations and resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings, GST compliance, TDS deductions, and other statutory requirements.
• Payroll & Invoicing: Process payroll and issue invoices to clients while following up on outstanding payments.
• Audit Support: Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external financial audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or any related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience working as an Accountant or Financial Analyst.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and local tax laws.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and high ethical standards.
