Job Title: Full time/Freelance Online Tutor (Maths & English) for Australia & United Kingdom
Shift Hours: India Time from morning 6 am - midnight 12 am (min. 3-4 sessions per day)
Pay Rate: 250–450] / hour (Depending on experience) + Incentives
About the Role: We are a fast-growing, innovative EdTech startup launching a premium 1:1 online after-school program for primary school students (ages 4–11) in the United Kingdom & Australia. We are looking for high-energy, fluent, freelance tutors based in India to pilot our brand-new interactive learning platform with our first cohort of UK students.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver highly engaging, 1:1 online Maths and English lessons to young learners (Key Stage 1 & 2) Around the globe
- Maintain a vibrant, smiling, and screen-ready presence during late-evening shifts.
- Navigate early-stage software, keeping the student engaged even if technical glitches happen.
- Fill out our quick, universal learning evaluation sheets post-session for parents.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate in any field from a recognized university or institution (mandatory).
Experience in online teaching is preferred.
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional, neutral spoken English. Absolute clarity is mandatory for teaching 5-to-10-year-old kids.
Ability to improvise during the session
- Curriculum Knowledge: Prior experience with the UK National Curriculum, Cambridge Primary, or IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). ( preferred)
- Shift Adaptability: Available for time slots to be selected with high energy.
- Technical Setup: A quiet room, flawless broadband internet with power backup, a pen tab, and a high-quality noise-cancelling headset.( mandatory)
- Clean Record: Willingness to undergo a formal Indian background check verification.
