# Job Description – Tele Sales Executive


**Company:** ShareShaala

**Position:** Tele Sales Executive

**Salary:** ₹22,000/month

Language:- Hindi Only


### Responsibilities


* Call company-provided leads and generate Demat accounts.

* Follow up with interested customers and complete KYC.

* Achieve monthly targets and maintain daily sales reports.


### Monthly Targets


* **Angel One:** 60 KYC

* **Dhan:** 30 Accounts


### Target Policy


* Angel One shortfall: **₹250 deduction per KYC**

* Dhan shortfall: **₹100 deduction per account**

* Performance-based incentives available as per company policy.


### Requirements


* Stock market/financial services experience preferred.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic knowledge of Demat accounts/stock market preferred.
