- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls for real estate enquiries.
- Explain residential plots, villas, project details, pricing and available offers to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer details and follow-up records in CRM software or Excel.
- Handle enquiries generated through Facebook, Instagram, websites and other property portals.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly site visit targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build good customer relationships.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM or Excel skills.
- Previous experience in real estate telecalling or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries, regular follow-ups and sales targets.
