Job Title: Staff Nurse (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing) – Hospital
Job Summary:
We are looking for qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses with GNM or B.Sc. Nursing background to join our hospital team. The role involves providing patient care, assisting doctors, administering medication, and ensuring the highest standards of healthcare services.
- Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medicines.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain patient records and update case sheets regularly.
- Handle emergency situations and provide first aid when required.
- Support patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort.
- Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
- Coordinate with other healthcare staff to deliver quality care.
- Educate patients and their families about post-treatment care.
