Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management
Job Title Network Security Engineer Prisma SDWAN
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Prisma SDWAN ION devices across branch sites and data centers
Configure and maintain SDWAN overlays including activeactive and activebackup ISP links and sitetosite connectivity
Implement and troubleshoot traffic policies overlay vs local internet breakout
Ensure secure traffic flow
Internet traffic routed via Prisma Access for policy enforcement
Intranet traffic routed through data center firewalls
Configure and manage networks where ION acts as gateway and DHCP server
Integrate SDWAN with Prisma Cloud using IPsecBGP tunnels
Monitor and optimize performance using Strata Cloud Manager visibility configuration analytics
Collaborate with security teams to enforce Zero Trust policies and centralized firewall rules
Provide L3L4 troubleshooting for branchDC connectivity issues
Document configurations policies and operational procedures
Required Skills
Handson experience with Prisma SDWAN ION devices 1200 series preferred
Strong knowledge of WAN technologies MPLS broadband LTE5G
Expertise in traffic engineering latency jitter packet lossbased routing
Familiarity with Prisma Access integration and cloud security policies
Experience with IPsecBGP tunnels and routing protocols
Knowledge of firewalls Palo Alto Cisco ASAMeraki Fortinet Checkpoint
Understanding of AAA solutions NPS Meraki Azure
Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills using Strata Cloud Manager
Excellent documentation and communication skills
