We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. You will serve as the technical face of the company, ensuring optimal equipment performance and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities- Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and set up machinery/equipment at client locations following technical specifications.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnostic tests, and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of technical, mechanical, or electrical issues and implement effective solutions on-site or remotely.
- Customer Training: Educate clients and end-users on proper equipment operation, safety protocols, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Documentation: To ensure the submission of service reports, maintenance logs, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Parts Management: Identify required replacement parts and manage inventory needs for field assignments.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1+ years of field service or technical support experience in a relevant industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong skill in electrical, IT and networking installation cum troubleshooting with experience with diagnostic knowledge and software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across allover Tamil Nadu.
- Mandatory*: Own vehicle (Petrol allowance will be provided).
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
