Job Description
Receive and register customer service complaints and requests.
Coordinate with customers, service engineers, technicians, and internal departments.
Schedule service visits and allocate technicians based on location and availability.
Follow up on pending service calls and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and maintain service reports, and service history..
Prepare service quotations and obtain customer approval.
Coordinate with the accounts department regarding service charges, invoices, and payments.
Update customers regarding service schedules, delays, and job completion status.
Maintain proper records of customer complaints, equipment details, warranty information, and service history.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service status reports for management.
