Senior Engineer - Cloud & Infra Management
Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in M365 Suites of Products within the Cis sharepoint domain to drive collaboration and productivity solutions
Job Description
- Expert knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft 365 Suites of Products including SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and related collaboration tools
- Deep understanding of Cissharepoint skill cluster family concepts and best practices Ability to design deploy and manage enterprise level SharePoint environments and M365 collaboration solutions.
- Experience in integrating M365 applications to streamline business processes and enhance user engagement Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues related to M365 services and SharePoint infrastructure
- Knowledge of security compliance and governance within the M365 ecosystem
- Proven track record of working with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with Power Platform Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus but not mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and administration of M365 Suites focusing on SharePoint Online and associated collaboration tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
- Manage SharePoint site collections permissions and lifecycle management to ensure optimal performance and security Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations customizations and workflows.
- Provide expert guidance and support for endusers and technical teams on M365 functionalities.
- Monitor and optimize the usage of M365 applications to improve productivity and collaboration
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to continuously enhance the environment
- Participate in troubleshooting incident management and root cause analysis related to M365 services
