Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to Sales Officers.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing high-value sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
