Job Description

Job PurposeDrive vehicle sales by engaging walk-in and lead-generated customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the purchase journey from inquiry to delivery, while meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers on the showroom floor promptly and professionally
  • Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable models and variants
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives, highlighting features, safety, and technology
  • Explain pricing, financing options, exchange/trade-in schemes, and ongoing offers
  • Close sales and complete booking documentation accurately
