Job Description

Lead Generation: Find new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.

Client Consultation: Meet with buyers and sellers to assess their needs, budgets, and financial abilities.

Market Research: Perform comparative market analyses to determine fair and competitive property values.

Property Marketing: List properties, coordinate photography, and host open houses and viewings.

Negotiation: Mediate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best terms.

Paperwork & Closing: Prepare purchase agreements, contracts, deeds, and closing statements while ensuring compliance with local laws.
