Property Consultant (Real Estate Plots) | Coimbatore

About the Company

We are is a trusted plot developer in Coimbatore. We build gated residential plot communities with approved layouts. Our sales team works on a clear CRM system with defined roles.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month fixed, plus site-visit and booking-linked incentives

Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, customer support or real estate (freshers with good communication can apply)

Education: 12th pass or any graduate

Location: Coimbatore (work from office)

Working days: 6 days a week (set timings to match your office)

Languages: Tamil (must), English (basic). Malayalam or Hindi is a plus.

Your Job

• Call new leads and enquiries from ads, website and campaigns
• Explain our plot projects, location, pricing, approvals and benefits in simple words
• Understand the customer’s budget, needs and buying time
• Fix site visits and follow up until the customer visits
• Call back interested customers regularly and keep them engaged
• Hand over serious leads to the site sales team with proper details
• Update every call, follow-up and visit status in the CRM on the same day
• Work closely with the CRM team and site sales team

You Should Have

• Clear and confident speaking in Tamil
• A polite, patient voice and good listening skills
• Comfort with making 60–80 calls a day
• Basic computer, WhatsApp and Excel skills
• Willingness to follow up without giving up
• Interest in sales and earning incentives

How You Are Measured

• Number of quality calls made
• Number of site visits fixed
• Number of site visits completed
• Lead-to-booking conversion
• CRM updating and follow-up discipline
