🎯 JOB SUMMARY

Inno-Venture Technologies is looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in SolidWorks 3D modelling and 2D drafting. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing industrial machines, special-purpose machines (SPMs), assemblies, and mechanical components.

The ideal candidate should understand machine design, manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, fabrication, machining, and design for manufacturability, preferably with exposure to automotive manufacturing machinery.

• Experience: 1–5 Years preferred

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔧 Machine Design & Development

• Design and develop industrial machines, mechanical systems, and special-purpose machines (SPMs).

• Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.

• Develop machine layouts, assemblies, and individual component designs.

• Convert concepts and requirements into practical, manufacturable machine designs.

📐 Engineering Documentation

• Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, layouts, and manufacturing documentation.

• Apply appropriate engineering standards, tolerances, and GD&T.

• Make design modifications based on customer requirements and production feedback.

⚙️ Component Selection

• Select suitable standard mechanical components such as bearings, motors, gearboxes, couplings, etc.

• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic components where required.

• Ensure components are suitable for the intended application and manufacturing process.

🏭 Production & Manufacturing Coordination

• Coordinate with production, fabrication, machining, and assembly teams.

• Ensure designs are practical and easy to manufacture and assemble.

• Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and assembly.

🧪 Prototype & Testing Support

• Support prototype development and machine testing.

• Assist with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Identify design issues and implement improvements based on testing and feedback.

📈 Design Improvement

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve machine performance and reliability.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining quality.

• Ensure designs meet required safety, quality, and engineering standards.

⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working on complete machine assemblies. Experience with automotive machinery, industrial equipment, or SPM design will be an advantage.

Candidates should be able to visualize mechanical assemblies, understand manufacturing feasibility, and work independently as well as with production and engineering teams.

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month

As per skill and experience
