Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for showroom staff, sales executives, cashiers, supervisors and other support staff.
- Handle onboarding, induction, attendance, leave, shift scheduling and exit formalities.
- Process monthly payroll, salary revisions, incentives, deductions and full-and-final settlements.
- Manage applicable statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and gratuity.
- Maintain employee records, appointment letters, HR policies and personnel documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, absenteeism and staff retention.
- Monitor employee performance, sales-team productivity and attendance discipline.
- Coordinate staff deployment, manpower planning and replacements across showroom locations, wherever applicable.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering headcount, attendance, payroll, attrition and recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.
