Job Description
Roles and Responsibilies:
- Completing machine setting within the planned time
- Drawing study skills, including GD&T
- Programming skills (knowledge of macro programming)
- Choosing the right tool for each operation, and fixture knowledge
- Using the correct measuring instruments
- Monitoring, reducing, and recording cycle time and setting time
- Proper follow-up of machine log and employee log
- Handing over parts to the operator effectively
- Data capturing skills (tool life, productivity, quality, etc.)
- Following up on all quality and production documentation
- Managing production and quality issues independently
- Following 5S and safety practices
- Housekeeping (machine cleaning, department cleaning, etc.)
- Operating the machine when the operator is on leave
- Willingness to work on a shift basis
- Good attitude
- Confidence and team spirit
- Obeying company rules and regulations
- Positive speech and a positive mindset
- High energy in the role
- Accepting challenges
