About the Role

Peace Haven is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fin Engineering Interns to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in stock market technologies, API integration, payment gateway solutions, trading platforms, and business operations while working on real-time projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the development and support of stock market and trading-related applications.

* Work with API connectivity for brokers, trading platforms, and third-party financial service providers.

* Support the integration and testing of payment gateways and financial APIs.

* Assist in maintaining business account documentation and technical records.

* Coordinate with API providers and clients to resolve technical and operational queries.

* Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of financial software applications.

* Conduct basic market research related to stock market technologies and financial products.

* Collaborate with the development team to improve system performance and workflow.

* Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.

* Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

 * Computer Science Engineering

 * Information Technology

 * Electronics & Communication Engineering

 * Electronics Engineering

 * FinTech

 * Artificial Intelligence & Data Science

 * Any other relevant Engineering discipline

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of the Stock Market and trading concepts.

* Basic understanding of API Connectivity and REST APIs.

* Familiarity with Payment Gateway concepts is preferred.

* Knowledge of Business Account Documentation is an added advantage.

* Basic programming knowledge in Python is preferred.

* Familiarity with VBA, MATLAB, or other engineering automation tools will be an added advantage.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Professional communication skills for interacting with API providers, clients, and internal teams.

* Willingness to learn new technologies and financial systems.
