Job Description
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machines, equipment, and utility systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational faults in production machinery to minimize operational disruption.
Repairs & Upkeeps: Execute prompt repairs, replace damaged components, and ensure all systems operate within standard technical parameters.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to factory safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental health and safety (EHS) policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment breakdowns, spare parts usage, and service histories.
Spare Parts Management: Track inventory of key mechanical/electrical components and coordinate with procurement for timely replacements.
