Key Responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create creative content, posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns for the jewellery showroom.
• Handle basic video editing and content preparation.
• Develop innovative ideas to promote jewellery collections, offers, and showroom activities.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
• Assist customers in exploring the showroom when customer footfall is high.
• Maintain a polite, humble, and friendly attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rules, and guidelines.
• Be proactive, willing to learn new skills, and open to feedback.
