Creative Brand Designer

This is not a routine Graphic Designer or Social Media Executive position. We are looking for a highly creative individual who enjoys branding, storytelling, packaging design, photography, videography, and modern AI tools. You will work directly with the management team to build premium agricultural brands and create marketing materials that match international standards. Your work will include creating product packaging, brochures, catalogues, banners, technical documents, digital content, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our products to farmers, dealers, and distributors. This is an opportunity to build brands—not just create designs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Branding & Packaging

• Design premium fertilizer pouches and product labels.

• Design brochures, catalogues, leaflets, posters, exhibition materials, and dealer marketing assets.

• Develop premium packaging that reflects international quality standards.

• Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines.

• Prepare print-ready artwork for production.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Create engaging image and video content for YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

• Convert field photos and videos into attractive farmer-oriented marketing materials.

• Create short educational and promotional videos for products and technologies.

• Develop digital campaigns supporting product launches and seasonal promotions

Photography & Video Coordination

• Coordinate with our field marketing team to collect high-quality photos and videos.

• Train field staff on capturing better photos and videos for promotional use.

• Organize and maintain a digital media library for future campaigns.

Product Documentation

• Prepare technical data sheets.

• Create product specification sheets.

• Convert technical information into attractive marketing content.

• Organize product photographs, artwork, and marketing assets.

• Maintain digital documentation for all products.

AI-Assisted Creative Work - Use AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency. Experience with AI tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
