Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you will lead property acquisition, expand client portfolios, and drive revenue growth across residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across affordable housing, plot sales, villa sales, and commercial real estate.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and channel partners (B2B and B2C).
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and potential growth areas.
  • Deal Closing: Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate deal terms to close sales effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and track sales milestones using internal tools.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or channel sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, B2B/B2C sales expertise, and strong local market knowledge.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and local/regional languages.
