Job Description

  • Generate new business through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify potential customers and understand their financial/business requirements.
  • Explain company products/services and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat/referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, processing, and customer service.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
