Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
● Generate regular orders and act as a bridge between transporters and traffic POCs to ensure effective vehicle placement.
● Understand client requirements for FTL (Full Truck Load) orders.
● Negotiate payment terms (ATH & BTH) and close deals to achieve assigned sales .
● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● New client acquisition
● Revenue and order generation
● Client retention and repeat business
Preferred Skills:
● Preferred candidates from: competing logistics or telecom companies.
● Knowledge of lead generation tools and sales pipelines
● Experience - Minimum 1–3 years of relevant Field Sales experience.
● Languages Required : Regional Language, Hindi & English,
