Job Description
Hivictus is looking for a Growth Manager –
Revenue & Business Development to build and drive the company's customer acquisition and revenue engine.
The role will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring customers, developing partnerships, generating revenue, improving sales conversion and building repeatable growth channels across Hivictus's food, agriculture and FMCG ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role where the candidate is expected to personally generate business while gradually building systems and channels that can scale.
