Accounts Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our team. The candidate will receive practical exposure to accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance while working with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Tally Prime.
• Assist in GST return preparation and GST reconciliation.
• Support TDS calculations, payment, and return filing.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Help prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
• Assist with income tax return preparation and tax audit documentation.
• Support PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients to collect bills, invoices, bank statements, and other required documents.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally Prime is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn taxation, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
