Experience: 8-12 years

Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Reports to: CEO / Business Head

Role purposeEstablish and qualify the complete stainless-steel SFN spool manufacturing process, from raw-material receipt through fabrication, testing, cleaning, preservation and dispatch.

Key responsibilities- Prepare the plant qualification plan, process routing, responsibilities and readiness checklist.

- Coordinate equipment commissioning, utilities, fixtures, tooling and shop-floor layout.

- Establish segregation between fabrication, wet processing and clean packing activities.

- Coordinate welding, QA and CIP specialists to execute representative trial spools.

- Establish spool identification and traceability throughout production.

- Plan manpower, materials and daily work; measure cycle times, yield, rework and bottlenecks.

- Ensure inspection hold points and approved procedures are followed.

- Build a practical capacity plan for scaling towards 80 accepted spools per day.

Preferred industriesStainless-steel process-equipment manufacturing, prefabricated piping, pharma/food equipment, sanitary skids or high-purity piping systems.

Essential evidencePersonally led a manufacturing line, new process or equipment programme from commissioning through accepted production.

Initial deliverablesOperational process layout, qualification schedule, completed production trials, trained operators and a capacity plan supported by measured cycle times.
