Job Title - Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Inbound & Outbound Operations

  • Oversee daily receiving and shipping schedules.
  • Verify incoming shipments against delivery documents.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching.

 Inventory & Stock Control

  • Perform regular cycle counting procedures.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records.

 System & Data Management

  • Execute all warehouse transactions in SAP.
  • Maintain real-time data accuracy in system.
  • Generate daily operational report summaries.
  • Track key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).

 Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in warehouse management.

Technical Skills

  • ERP: Mandatory hands-on expertise in SAP (WM/MM modules).
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Logistics: Deep knowledge of supply chain processes.
