Accounts Executive

· Handle complete accounting of export sales transactions for the Chomu, Jaipur, Rajasthan unit.

· Prepare and verify export invoices, commercial invoices and related accounting documents.

· Record export sales, receipts, bank charges, forex differences and other export-related entries in the accounting system.

· Maintain overseas customer ledgers and track outstanding receivables customer-wise and invoice-wise.

· Reconcile export sales with shipping documents, GST records and books of accounts.

· Coordinate with the sales/export team on commercial terms, payment terms and documentation.

· Coordinate with banks for export-related transactions, remittances and documentation.

· Track realization of export proceeds against individual invoices and shipping bills.

· Handle FIRC/FIRA, BRC/e-BRC and other bank realization documentation, as applicable.

· Monitor export receivables and follow up for timely realization of foreign currency payments.

· Account for exchange-rate differences, bank charges and customer deductions.

· Assist in handling LC, advance payment, TT/remittance and collection-based export transactions.

· Maintain reconciliation of export proceeds with bank statements and customer ledgers.

· Verify financial and accounting details in Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, bank documents and Letter of Credit documents.

· Coordinate with the export/logistics team, CHA, freight forwarders and banks for documentation.

· Maintain systematic records of export transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

· Track pending documentation and ensure timely closure of each export transaction.
