  • Job ResponsibilitiesSales team ko manage karna aur monthly sales targets achieve karna.
  • Assigned territory me distributor, dealer aur retailer network develop karna.
  • Primary aur Secondary Sales ko increase karna.
  • Daily field visits aur market coverage ensure karna.
  • New distributors, dealers aur retailers appoint karna.
  • Sales team ki daily performance, target aur productivity monitor karna.
  • Existing customers ke saath strong business relationships maintain karna.
  • Outstanding payments aur market collection par follow-up karna.
  • Competitor activity, pricing aur market trends ki information collect karna.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports aur MIS management ko submit karna.

Required SkillsField Sales, Team Management, Distributor Management, Dealer Management, Territory Management, Business Development, Primary & Secondary Sales, Negotiation, Communication and Target Achievement.

  • Candidate RequirementsExperience: 2–5 Years in Field Sales
  • Sales team handle karne ka experience preferred.
  • Distributor/Dealer network ka knowledge hona chahiye.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented aur field work ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
