Inventory Management Executive

Job Description – Inventory & Dispatch ExecutiveWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Location: Chhatral

• Role & ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily stock and inventory reports.
• Track inventory movement – inward, outward, and transfers.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and loading schedules.
• Manage weighbridge operations and weight records.
• Prepare and manage material labels and identification tags.
• Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and other departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
• Regularly move around the shop floor to verify material, stock, and dispatch activities.
• Handle other inventory-related computer and administrative work as required.
• Required SkillsExcellent and fast computer skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
• Fast typing with high accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Comfortable with both shop-floor and computer-based work.
• Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Should be responsible, alert, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Work FlexibilityShould be willing to work on Sundays/7 days a week when business requirements arise.
• Such additional working days will be compensated separately as per company policy.
• Sunday/7-day working is not a compulsory regular requirement.
