Job Description
Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Female Only ( On-Roll Job )
Experience: Minimum 4 Years Sales Experience (Team Handling Experience Mandatory)
Location: chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Vellore
Age : Max 35
Key Responsibilities
- Distribution: Expand retail footprint (SIM, Data, Recharges), appoint new outlets, ensure zero stock-out.
- Channel Management: Lead Distributors / FSEs / Retailers. Drive profitability, engagement & retention.
- Business Growth: Deliver sales targets, drive gross adds, revenue & market share.
- Market Intelligence: Track competition, demographics, customer trends - act fast.
- Monitor Sales performance and achieve assigned revenue, distribution and market-share targets.
- Prepare market intelligence and competitor activity reports and work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and market performance.
