Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive for a matrimonial company. The candidate will handle customer calls, explain matrimonial membership plans, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain matrimonial services, membership plans, and their benefits clearly.
- Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective members and convert enquiries into paid memberships.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Good spoken English and/or regional language.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle calls professionally.
